Ticketing

Tickets to our productions are sold and fulfilled by third-party box offices, including Five Points Theatre (via TicketPro) and Gravenhurst Opera House. Each partner's sale and exchange policies apply to the tickets they issue.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, in accordance with the TicketPro terms that govern box-office sales at Five Points Theatre. Exchanges, where offered, are at the discretion of the issuing box office and may be subject to fees. Please review the ticketing partner's policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Donations

Donations to Theatre by the Bay are processed by Zeffy. Charitable tax receipts are issued in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency rules under our Charitable Registration No. 884323114RR0001. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Content and intellectual property

Site content — including text, photography, video, logos, and design — is owned by Theatre by the Bay or its licensors and contributors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to violate any law, harass others, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites — for ticketing, donations, sponsors, press, and social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law
